Relationship coach Gary Amers says, "Anxiety stems from the coping mechanism perceiving that something is wrong or that you are not in control. Many relationships end unnecessarily because of it."

or spend too much time imagining undesirable outcomes. This negative mindset will always create negative emotions as the body is designed to elicit negative emotion if we are around negativity. The majority of negative focus is based on assumption, or limiting beliefs.

 2. You find it difficult to be present
Anxiety stops you loving to your full potential, and if there is ever something that blocks the ability to be present, it's anxiety.

3. You have negative self-talk It's not the words you say out loud to your partner that creates anxiety, it's the words you whisper to yourself throughout the day.

 4. You doubt or question yourself and natural abilities We all have natural talents, skills and capabilities, but anxiety will cause you to question your own. 

 5. You feel unclear about what you want or need
 Many of my clients disregarded what they needed and valued in the presence of anxiety, because they felt too embarrassed and vulnerable to be clear.

 What you can do 
Relationship anxiety can be treated through hypnotherapy, relationship coaching and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). This works by removing all of the triggers that create conflict.
